One Part - RTV

One-component, ready-to-use adhesive and sealants are extremely versatile. They cure to a tough, durable, resilient silicone rubber on exposure to atmospheric moisture at room temperature.

One Part - Heat Cure

One-part silicone adhesives and sealants are excellent candidates for assembly applications near sensitive electronic components.  Heat-accelerated or addition cure silicones offer very fast-cure, lave virtually no shrinkage and no corrosive by-products.

Two Part

Momentive two-part silicones have no corrosive cure by-products.  They are available in a wide range of cure speeds and viscosities.  Products are available that offer enhancements for extra thermal cycling protection, optical clarity, and strength.  

Two Part - Heat Cure

Two part silicone systems for use in the assembly of medical, electrical, electronic, optical and other devices. These products provide excellent resistance to vibration, shock, heat and corrosion.

Momentive’s advanced RTV silicones are able to maintain critical properties for an extended time over the wide range of extreme temperatures typically encountered by aircraft and spacecraft. They remain flexible in extremely low temperatures and are thermally insulative. Our thermal protection systems are available in paste to flowable viscosity. In addition, our aerospace thermal coating systems offer low-outgassing and electrically dissipative formulations to accommodate a wide range of aerospace and defense applications.
