Permabond LH050 pipe sealant performs well on most metals, particularly steel and brass. It provides an excellent alternative to pipe dopes and pipe tapes for sealing pipe joints. It cures anaerobically when in contact with metal parts (as in a threaded pipe joint). When applied, LH050 dispenses as a smooth paste, filling the entire space between the threaded parts. It then cures at ambient temperature to form a solid plastic, completely sealing against hydraulic fluids, air, gases and chemicals. The particle size of the filler is very low, so that it can be used on most hydraulic systems without clogging hydraulic screens or valves. Another feature of PERMABOND LH050 PURE is the ability to seal pipes that have not been fully seated. In piping systems, pipe joints must connect with other pipes and in the direction in which the joint must face may not allow the pipe to be fully seated. LH050 PURE will seal even when the direction in which the pipe must face does not allow the complete seating of the threads. Anaerobic sealant will seal with simple hand assembly while still obtaining the seal of a fully torqued pipe joint.

TA4207
PERMABOND® TA4207 is a 2-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive. It can be used to bond a wide variety of materials including metals, plastics, composites, ceramics, wood and other substrates. The adhesive can provide excellent shear strength on many substrates with little surface preparation.

TA4631
PERMABOND® TA4631 is a 2-part, 1:1 no odour* acrylic adhesive. It has been developed to bond low surface energy plastics such as polypropylene and polyethylene – with no primer or expensive surface treatment required. It can also be used to bond a wide variety of other materials such as metals and composite materials and is ideal for bonding dissimilar surfaces. This product is similar to TA4630 but does not contain micro beads making it suitable for joints with smaller gaps. *no perceptible odour detected by testing panel members

PERMABOND® TA430 is a structural acrylic adhesive designed primarily for bonding metals, ferrites, ceramics, wood, and some thermoplastics. This adhesive may be used in a variety of structural bonding applications due to its versatile performance capabilities. Permabond TA430 provides high strength while maintaining excellent flexibility, resulting in tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance. Handling strength is achieved in a few minutes at room temperature by using Permabond Initiator 41.

Permabond MT3836 is a flexible, thermally conductive, fire retardant adhesive ideal for electronics and e-vehicle battery applications. PERMABOND® MT3836 two-part, modified hybrid silane polymer adhesive designed for sealing and bonding applications. It has excellent adhesion to polycarbonate, ABS, Nylon and other plastics as well as a variety of different metals. The cured adhesive has been designed to meet the fire retardancy requirements of UL94 V-0.

PERMABOND® TA4820 is a 2-part, 1:1 toughened methacrylate adhesive designed for bonding thermoplastics, thermosets, metals and composites. TA4820 has excellent adhesion to as received metal surfaces, forming high strength bonds without surface preparation. It provides excellent durability and resistance to many common industrial solvents and fuels, as well as harsh environmental conditions. It cures rapidly at room temperature and its thixotropic properties allow for easy dispensing through static mixing nozzles, while maintaining good gap-filling and non-sag properties. The long fixture time allows for accurate alignment of larger components.
